Who we are
This website is run by Parklands Community Centre (Registered Charity No. 301489). We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. You can contact us about your information at enquiries@parklandscommunitycentre.co.uk.
What we collect
If you register your support, we collect your name and email address, along with a record of when and how you gave your consent.
How we use it
We use your details only to send you updates about the campaign to save Parklands Community Centre, such as news, upcoming meetings and ways to help. We may also share the total number of supporters (never names or email addresses) to show the strength of support for the centre.
Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information or share it with other organisations for their own use. Our mailing list is held by our email service provider, which stores it securely and only processes it on our instructions.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely. It does not use this to identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or until the campaign ends, whichever is sooner. We'll then delete them within TODO: 6 months?.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any other tracking. If you follow a link to another website, such as our fundraising page or Facebook, that website's own privacy policy applies.
